Auctions What to Do After You Win an Auction? Congratulations! When the auction ends, you will see a confirmation dialog where you'll be asked to confirm that you won the item. Once you confirmed the item, we'll charge the final item auction value to your credit card on file and confirm your payment via email and ship your item to you. Leads are usually shipped within five to ten minutes after auction ending time to the email address you provided us at the time of your registration. If the item hasn't arrived within an hour of our confirmation of your payment, please contact us. When Does an Auction Ends? Each auction ends when the timer reaches zero on the LeadsAuctionHouse servers. Why is Time Added to the Auction Clock? We add time to clock every time a user places a bid. This gives enough time for other users to make the decision to bid if they are interested. This is similar to the "Going once, Going twice, SOLD!" approach of traditional auctions. The amount of time that will be added to the auction timer is about 20 seconds. This increment is made visible on the upper right hand corner of each auction area by the auction's timer. Can I Bid If I Live Outside the US? Unfortunately, we currently only operate in the United States (50 States and Washington DC). We are looking to expand globally in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope you will check back with us soon! How Can I Watch an Auction? If you see an auction you want to watch, you may click "View" link for that auction. You will be taken to the Auctions detail page and can see the bid history of that auction by clicking on "Show Stats" link. If you have already participated in other auctions as well, a list of all auctions you are active in will be shown following the auction you were interested in. What's the Difference Between the Auction Price and the Retail Price? Auction price The auction end price is the price of the auction item when the timer reaches zero. The winner will purchase the auction item for that price. Retail price The retail price is listed as an indication of the market value of the lead.
